- Coordinate outreach/soul winning programmes

- Plan and facilitate evangelism/discipleship training for Outreachers 

- Prepare pamphlets for evangelism and discipleship 

- Conduct Classes for newly born again believers desiring baptism  

- conducting counselling and or prayer on members of the congregation

- conducting premarital counselling on young people preparing to get married 

- providing guidance for career and life pursuits  

- Plan, coordinate, facilitate prayer meetings for the church
- leading prayer/intercessory prayer meetings  

- Prepare and conduct Christian Education in the church 

- Plan organise and facilitate workshops, Seminars and or trainings for Christian Educators 

- Identify and appoint Christian Educators for specific classes

- work in liaison with the Christian Education Superintendent in  

- Building Christ centred families 

- Committee plans, organise and facilitate/run Home and Family activities 

- Prepares reports and submit to the Ministerial Committee 

- Ministering to the members of the church that would have lost their loved ones through home visits, conducting prayer services, assist in burial arrangements 

- Conducting post counselling bereavement
