Headed by the Senior Pastor – responsible for identifying, training and or facilitate training of leaders within the church. 

- Plan, organise and facilitate leadership training workshops 

- Offer services to the church and the community like availing the premises for services, meetings, weddings, funerals
- avail resources needed to facilitate church objectives
- ensuring that bills are paid
- facilitate the implementation of church initiatives
- assist Pastors in administering church programmes
- assist the Main Church Committee in implementation of resolutions made
- supervision of church employees (maintenance/security)
- Assist the treasurer in collecting and recording tithes offering and or donations
- Prepare Reports  

  Coordinate and oversee Cell Groups

- Attend to the bereaved and sick

- Attend to the needs of Orphans and the needy. 

- Compile and keep the database of orphans and the needy. Assist the Pastors in serving communion and conducting burials. 

- Report to the Senior Pastor. 

- Receives and analyse periodic reports from Cell Group Committees. 

- Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Senior Pastor  

- Conduct weekly mid-week services within homes 

- Create a platform for growth through teachings/discussions and or Bible Studies in line with the church theme of the year
